OLYMPIA
One of the most important archaeological sites in Greece and the birth place of the Olympic Games. A day trip by coach and ferry to the mainland.
You will be picked up in the morning from the hotel to the port of Zakynthos town. After about 1 ½ hour ferry crossing to Kilini, enjoy the air-conditioned coach and the landscape of the Peloponnese on the way to Olympia.
A professional guide will accompany you through the archaeological sites and observations. After which you can visit the adjoining museum and have time to take pictures. Of course, you also have the opportunity to have some lunch in a tavern, or to go shopping.
At the end of this varied day the coach takes you back to the port of Kilini, leaving approximately 17:15 with the ferry back to Zakynthos. From there take the coach to your hotel.
